I would be posting about school life as a secondary school student.Today,we had sabbaticals, which will be going on for a whole week. For those with difficulty understanding the word,I,being such a nice guy, will post up the definition from dictionary.com.Sabbatical:any extended period of leave from one's customary work, esp. for rest, to acquire new skills or training, etc. Personally,I like having sabbaticals,as while other school students are doing their common tests,we are having fun going for enriching courses, which obviously gives you bragging rights in front of your friends. It provides a week's rest from everyone's hectic schedule, which can basically be used to catch up on work or relax. From what I know, many schools don't have this sabbatical week, which means that we,as Hwa Chong students have this special privilege, which is pretty good. I went for the Science Eureka sabbatical as my part mates and I saw that our NCOs were student teachers,so we decided to have a "part sabbatical" and all bidded for the sabbatical. I find out that I was quite stupid a day after I bad for the course with 450 points,as my friends told me that there were 100+ slots for the course and people could bid little points and still get in,which was quite sad. I was doing biology today,so the stuff was quite interesting. This concludes my post for today.:)
